Young Consultants Ltd provides community-based support, care, and mentoring for young people (16+) and adults. Our “two-in-one” approach combines professional care support with structured mentoring to promote independence and progress.

2. Information Accuracy & Professional Advice

General Information: The content on this website, including details regarding our 6-week stabilisation and 12-week progression programs, is for informational purposes only.

No Substitute for Assessment: Website content does not constitute a formal support plan. All service delivery is subject to a formal referral, initial risk screen, and a full needs assessment.

3. Referrals and Service Commencement

Eligibility: We support individuals with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, and mental health needs.

Process: Accessing services requires a completed referral form and a signed Client Agreement Form, which outlines specific service expectations, fees, and cancellation arrangements.

Timelines: Following a referral, we aim to complete assessments and support plans within 7 days.

4. Regulatory Compliance & Safeguarding

CQC Alignment: Our services are designed to meet the CQC Fundamental Standards (Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive, and Well-led).

Safeguarding: We operate a zero-tolerance policy toward abuse and follow strict safeguarding protocols in line with the Care Act 2014.

Legal Framework: We operate in compliance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005, the Equality Act 2010, and the Health and Social Care Act 2008.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Data Handling: We are committed to protecting your confidentiality in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Information Sharing: Personal data is shared only with relevant professionals (e.g., social workers, local authorities) where lawful and necessary for safe care delivery.

6. User Responsibilities

Users of this website must not:

  • Use the site to transmit any malicious software or “spam.”
  • Attempt to bypass any security measures or access unauthorized administrative areas.
  • Misrepresent their identity or affiliation with local authorities or commissioning bodies.

9. Complaints and Feedback

We value transparency through our Duty of Candour. If you have concerns, please refer to our formal Complaints Procedure. Concerns can be escalated to our Director, Sam (Amal) Mohamud.
